These terms describe your use of Timespree at timespree.app. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For questions, contact contact@timespree.app.
Using the service
Timespree helps groups propose dates, share availability, and choose meeting times. You are responsible for the information you submit, the people you invite, and checking the final meeting details with participants. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, or attempts to disrupt other users.
Accounts and poll links
Keep your account and organizer access secure. Share poll links only with the intended participants. Guest organizer access and saved response access can depend on browser storage or cookies; clearing them can remove your ability to manage a guest poll or edit a response. Polls created while signed in are linked to your account.
Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You permit Timespree to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the scheduling service. Only submit information you have permission to share. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and how to request deletion.
Calendar connections
Connecting a calendar is optional and requires your authorization. You can revoke access through your calendar provider. Google, Microsoft, and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. Check imported availability before submitting a response.
Fees and future paid features
Timespree currently provides its scheduling service free of charge. These terms do not authorize a charge or start a subscription. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing terms, and applicable cancellation and refund policy will be presented before purchase. You will not be enrolled in a paid plan without agreeing to it.
Availability and account restrictions
We work to keep Timespree available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free calendar imports and notifications. Keep a separate record of important meeting details. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Contact support@timespree.app if you believe access was restricted in error.
Changes and your rights
We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date above. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For privacy or deletion requests, email privacy@timespree.app.
