What we collect

Timespree collects only what is necessary to provide the service. When you create an event, we store the event details (name, dates, times, duration) and the availability responses submitted by participants. If you create an account, we store your email and name.

Guest responses

Guests can respond to events without creating an account. Guest responses include the display name provided, an optional email (if the event creator enabled email collection), and the availability selections. Guest response data is stored in your browser's local storage so you can edit your response later.

Calendar data

If you connect a calendar, Timespree only reads your free/busy status to help you mark availability. We never access, store, or display the titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other details of your calendar events. Other participants cannot see your calendar — they only see the times you mark as available.

How we use your data

Event and response data is used to operate Timespree — displaying availability, sending notification emails (if enabled), and letting you manage your events. Website usage analytics are described separately below.

Data storage

Event and response data is stored on secure servers. Events and their associated data may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.

Cookies

Timespree uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. When Google Analytics is enabled, it may also use cookies to measure visits and interactions with the site.

Website analytics

Timespree uses Google Analytics 4 when configured to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics may include page addresses, page titles, device and browser information, and interactions. Poll page titles can contain the event name you entered, so avoid putting sensitive information in event titles. Learn more about Google's handling of information on sites that use its services.
