What we collect
Timespree collects only what is necessary to provide the service. When you create an event, we store the event details (name, dates, times, duration) and the availability responses submitted by participants. If you create an account, we store your email and name.
Guest responses
Guests can respond to events without creating an account. Guest responses include the display name provided, an optional email (if the event creator enabled email collection), and the availability selections. Guest response data is stored in your browser's local storage so you can edit your response later.
Calendar data
If you connect a calendar, Timespree only reads your free/busy status to help you mark availability. We never access, store, or display the titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other details of your calendar events. Other participants cannot see your calendar — they only see the times you mark as available.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate Timespree — displaying availability, sending notification emails (if enabled), and letting you manage your events. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Data storage
Event and response data is stored on secure servers. Events and their associated data may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.
Cookies
Timespree uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
